Meet the Team

Mike DeSanto, President of RCCM, serves as the company’s client ambassador. A hands-on leader, he remains closely involved in every project and is known for direct communication, active participation, and strong client relationships built to last.

Ryan serves as Vice President of RCCM, overseeing the company’s financial strategy, risk
management, compliance, and key business operations. His focus is on protecting the
company’s financial position, supporting strategic growth, and
ensuring RCCM has the structure and resources needed to operate effectively. As a member of
RCCM’s leadership team, Ryan is involved in major business decisions and long-term planning
as the company continues to expand its presence in
the retail construction industry.

My goal is to cultivate an environment where people feel comfortable communicating openly,
challenging themselves, and continuing to develop—while maintaining accountability,
professionalism, and mutual respect. To me, strong leadership is about recognizing individual
strengths and creating the conditions that allow both people and the team as a whole to perform
at their best.I take the time to understand each team member’s individual learning style,
strengths, communication preferences, and optimal performance environment. Rather than
taking a one-size-fits-all approach to management, I believe in meeting people where they are
while providing the structure, expectations, and support they need to grow.I am an avid animal
lover, shelter volunteer and an athlete. I am the proud owner of three terriers—and if you know
terriers, that probably tells you a lot about me. They are intelligent, spirited, independent, and
certainly not a breed for everyone. Each has a unique personality and different needs, and I
have learned that bringing out the best in them means
understanding what motivates them, how they communicate, and the environment in which they
thrive.

As a Director of Preconstruction and Estimating, I leverage my 27+ years of experience and
credentials in commercial design, estimation, and management to provide high-quality and cost-
effective solutions for a wide range of commercial projects.
In collaboration with our team of subcontractors and project managers, I prepare accurate and
competitive bids, oversee the execution of the projects from start to finish, and ensure that they
meet the client's expectations, budget, and schedule. I have successfully managed multiple
large-scale commercial projects, using my skills in construction, project estimation, and contract
management. I am passionate about creating and maintaining commercial spaces that enhance
the customer experience and brand identity. I value collaboration, innovation, and customer
satisfaction, and I strive to bring these values.

In my role specializing in construction accounting, I manage project-specific financial health by
processing direct costs, billing clients, and overseeing progress billings. My day-to-day focus
involves reconciling subcontractor invoices, processing lien waivers, and monitoring expense
reports to safeguard company cash flow. With my roots firmly planted in New England, I carry
that same dedication into my personal life, where I love spending time with my large family,
supporting animal welfare causes, and staying actively involved as a volunteer with youth
softball programs.
